How do I qualify?
What are the rental terms?
Rental agreements are month-to-month. Moving out prior to 11 months of paid tenancy will result in a loss of your deposit.

What are your occupancy limits?
We allow 2 people per bedroom.

How much is the deposit?
The deposit is typically equal to one month’s rent.

Are pets allowed?
Cats are allowed at all locations. Dogs are allowed only at certain properties. Service animals always welcome. Please refer to Pet/Service Animal Agreement for details.
